Order Tracking

How to Track an Order ?

Step 1: After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Step 2: Once shipped, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Step 3: Click the tracking link to view real-time updates from the shipping carrier.

Step 4: If you have an account, log in and go to "My Orders" to track your shipment.

No Tracking Number Yet?

If you don’t receive a tracking number within 2-3
business days, your order may still be processing, especially for custom items.

Common Order Statuses

Processing: Your order is being prepared.

Shipped: Your package is on its way.

Out for Delivery: It’s almost there!

Delivered: Your order has arrived.

What to Do if Tracking Isn’t Updating

If your tracking information hasn’t updated in 48 hours:

Recheck the tracking link after 24 hours.

If still no updates after 48 hours, contact us for further assistance.

Additional Help for Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:

  • Check with neighbors or your building management.
  • Contact your local post office for possible holding.
  • Reach out to us, and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Product Care

Printed T-Shirts

Wash inside out on a cold or gentle cycle to protect
the design. Avoid tumble drying, and instead air dry for the best results. If ironing is needed, avoid direct heat on the printed area.

Hoodies & Sweatshirts

Wash on a cool setting and avoid using bleach. Like T-shirts, air drying is recommended to maintain the fabric and print quality.

Caps & Bags

Spot clean with a damp cloth or hand wash if necessary. Machine washing may damage the material or print.

Domestic and International Shipping Times

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • United Kingdom: 2-4 business days.
  • Europe - (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, and 24 more): 3-17 business days.
  • United States & Canada: 7-17 business days.
  • Oceania(Australia, New Zealand): 7-12 business days.
  • Asia(Japan, Singapore): 7-17 business days.

Please note that international deliveries may be subject to
customs delays, which are outside of our control.

  • For orders under £20, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Step-by-Step Process for Returning or Exchanging Items

  1. Contact Us:Emailsales@fullymerched.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a brief explanation, and photos if the item is damaged or faulty.
  2. Return Approval:We’ll provide instructions for returning the item(s). If there’s a production issue, we’ll resend a replacement free of charge.
  3. Return the Item(s):Send the item(s) back in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags) using tracked shipping. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless it’s due to a production issue.
  4. Refund or Exchange:
    Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a refund or exchange it for a new item. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

Timeframes for Returns

  • Request a return/exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of approval.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the return.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.
  • Custom items (e.g., with names or designs) can only be returned if there is a production issue.

Production Issues

For any production defects, we’ll resend the item at no cost to you. Simply contact us within 14 days.

Customisation Guide

Instructions on How to Personalise Products

You can customize the front or back of products with names, roles, or any digital designs.

When placing an order, simply upload your design or enter the text you’d like to be printed, and we’ll handle the rest.

Design Limitations

  • File Types: We accept common file types like JPEG, PNG, and SVG for designs.
  • Colours:You can choose from our available colour options for your text or design.
  • Design Thickness: For the best results, we recommend using designs with thicker strokes to ensure durability. Thin lines and finer details, specially designs without backgrounds, may not last as long and can peel over time.

Important Notes

Avoid using designs with intricate details or very fine lines, as these tend to peel off after repeated washing.

Ensure your design has a solid background or thicker elements for longevity.
